Job Summary



We are seeking experienced and HR Managers to lead the Human Resources department of our prestigious Colleges and Hospital.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our institution's core mission of excellence in education, research, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Lead all recruitment efforts for faculty, medical staff (doctors, nurses, technicians), administrative, and support staff. Develop specialized recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill clinical and academic positions. Oversee the credentialing, background check, and privileging process for all medical staff, ensuring full compliance with regulatory bodies (e.g., Medical Council, Nursing Council). Implement a comprehensive onboarding program tailored to the unique needs of different employee groups (clinical vs. academic).

2. Compliance & Risk Management



Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, healthcare regulations (e.g., NABH, DCI/NMC guidelines), and institutional policies. Oversee the management of employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement



Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, managing grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee morale, engagement, and retention.

4. Compensation & Benefits



Administer and manage the institution's compensation structure, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness, particularly for specialized medical and academic roles. Manage the payroll process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

5. Performance Management & Development



Oversee the annual performance appraisal process for all staff, linking performance to professional development and compensation. Identify training needs and develop professional development programs, including mandatory compliance training, clinical skills enhancement, and leadership development. Manage faculty affairs, including promotion, tenure processes, and academic appointments, in collaboration with the Dean's office.

6. HR Operations



Lead and mentor the HR department staff, delegating tasks and managing departmental performance. Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to optimize HR processes and data management. Prepare and manage the HR department's annual budget.

Qualifications & Skills



Required:



Education:

Preferred Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (MBA with HR specialization), or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience. At least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Direct experience in a hospital, healthcare system, or academic medical center is strongly required.

Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals, from senior surgeons to support staff. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. High degree of emotional intelligence, integrity, and professionalism. Proficiency in HRIS and standard office software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
