Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to- day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
₹ Manage end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
₹ Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
₹ Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data
₹ Support in payroll processing and monthly salary inputs
₹ Coordinate training & development sessions and maintain training records
₹ Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation
₹ Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution
₹ Plan employee engagement activities and celebrations
₹ Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
₹ Generate HR reports and maintain HR dashboards

Requirements:

₹ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
₹ 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles
₹ Knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
₹ Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools
₹ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
₹ Good organizational and time-management abilities
₹ Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:
₹ MBA or PG Diploma in HR
₹ Experience in IT/Marketing/Real Estate industry (optional)
₹ Familiarity with HRMS or payroll software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
