About the Role:



We are seeking a dynamic and strategic

HR Manager

to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions. The role requires strong leadership, people management skills, and the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Note: Only male candidates are eligible for this role.



Key Responsibilities:



Oversee

end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition

process. Manage

employee lifecycle

including onboarding, training, engagement, and exit formalities. Design and implement

HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks

. Handle

performance management systems

(KRAs, KPIs, appraisals). Drive

employee engagement initiatives

and foster a positive workplace culture. Maintain and analyze

HR data/analytics

for business insights and decision-making. Ensure compliance with

labour laws and statutory requirements

. Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.

Requirements:



MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.

3-6 years of experience

in HR management. Strong knowledge of recruitment, compliance, and HR policies. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
