Key Responsibilities:
Oversee
end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
process.
Manage
employee lifecycle
including onboarding, training, engagement, and exit formalities.
Design and implement
HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
.
Handle
performance management systems
(KRAs, KPIs, appraisals).
Drive
employee engagement initiatives
and foster a positive workplace culture.
Maintain and analyze
HR data/analytics
for business insights and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with
labour laws and statutory requirements
.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
3-6 years of experience
in HR management.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, compliance, and HR policies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
