Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Design and execute hiring strategies for different roles.
Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
Performance Management
Develop and implement
KRAs & KPIs
aligned with organizational objectives.
Streamline appraisal systems and conduct performance reviews.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle grievance management, conflict resolution, and employee satisfaction initiatives.
Plan engagement activities to build a motivated and productive workforce.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure adherence to labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and arrange training programs.
Support leadership in career development and succession planning.
HR Operations & Analytics
Oversee payroll, attendance, and HRMS systems.
Generate HR dashboards/reports for management decision-making.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
3-6 years of proven experience in HR roles (preferably in EdTech/Service industry).
Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and performance management systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and reporting.
