Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Compliance
Develop, implement, and monitor HR SOPs to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with all statutory laws and labor regulations.
Oversee documentation, employee records, and reporting systems.
Performance & Learning Management
Manage and monitor
KRA/KPI
frameworks,
PMS
(Performance Management System), and
LMS
(Learning Management System).
Support managers in performance appraisals, goal-setting, and employee development.
Payroll & HR Software
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and statutory deductions.
Hands-on experience with
Keka HRMS
or similar HR platforms.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Design and execute employee engagement programs.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievance redressal.
Team Management
Handle and mentor HR operations team members.
Ensure smooth communication between employees, management, and HR.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience (5-8 years) in
HR Operations/HR Management
(preferably in Ed-Tech or related industries).
Strong knowledge of
HR compliance, SOPs, payroll, and labor laws
.
Hands-on expertise in
Keka HRMS
or similar HR software.
Experience in managing
KRAs, KPIs, PMS, LMS
.
Strong leadership, team-handling, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with immediate joining preferred.
