Key Responsibilities
1. KRA/KPI Design & Implementation
Develop, standardize, and align KRAs and KPIs across all departments and functions.
Conduct role-mapping and job analysis in collaboration with department heads.
Review and revise metrics regularly to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
2. SOP Creation & Optimization
Draft, review, and optimize department-specific SOPs.
Ensure all SOPs are aligned, consistent, and clearly documented.
Conduct team training sessions to ensure compliance with SOPs.
3. Performance Management System (PMS)
Design and manage a robust PMS aligned with KRAs/KPIs.
Oversee the PMS lifecycle: goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Analyze performance data and recommend improvement strategies.
Generate monthly and annual PMS reports for leadership.
4. Organizational Reporting Structure
Define and document clear reporting lines and escalation paths.
Restructure reporting hierarchies as per evolving business needs.
Maintain and update organizational charts in real time.
5. Analytics & Strategic HR Reporting
Develop and manage HR dashboards and reporting tools.
Analyze HR and performance data to provide actionable insights.
Support management with data-driven recommendations on talent, retention, and performance optimization.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of KRA/KPI frameworks (SMART Goals, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard).
Proficient in PMS tools and methodologies.
Expertise in SOP documentation and policy drafting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced Excel and HR analytics skills.
