Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's business goals. Consult with senior leadership on strategic planning to meet future business needs.

Talent Acquisition & Management:

Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of new staff. Manage onboarding processes to integrate new employees effectively. Implement employee retention and engagement initiatives.

Employee Relations & Development:

Act as a link between management and employees, resolving conflicts and addressing grievances. Manage employee performance systems and conduct evaluations. Identify and implement training and development programs to support employee growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

Design, manage, and administer compensation and benefits programs. Ensure programs are competitive and support employee well-being.

Legal Compliance & Policies:

Ensure the organization complies with all employment laws and regulations. Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures. Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and HR best practices.

HR Operations:

Manage HR staff and oversee the administrative functions of the HR department. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Manage HR budgets and provide reporting to senior management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
