. This is a critical role in aligning people processes with business goals across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
KRA/KPI Design & Implementation
Design, standardize, and align KRAs and KPIs for all roles and departments across the organization.
Conduct role-mapping and job analysis in coordination with functional HODs.
Regularly review and revise performance metrics in line with business goals.
2.
SOP Creation & Optimization
Create detailed and department-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment in all SOPs with operational objectives.
Train departmental teams on SOP usage and adherence.
3.
Performance Management System (PMS)
Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive PMS aligned with KPIs.
Drive the performance review process - goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Analyze performance trends and suggest performance improvement plans.
4.
Organizational Reporting Structure
Define clear reporting relationships and escalation matrix for all roles.
Restructure or refine reporting hierarchies as per business expansion or changes.
Prepare organizational charts and keep them updated as per staffing changes.
5.
Analytics & Strategic HR Reporting
Generate insights from performance and HR analytics to support leadership decisions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR dashboards related to PMS, KRA/KPI adherence, and team structures.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of KRA/KPI frameworks (SMART goals, OKRs, Balance Scorecards, etc.)
Excellent knowledge of PMS tools and methodologies
SOP drafting and process mapping capabilities
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Expertise in using Excel, HRMS tools, and organizational design software (e.g., OrgChart Now, Lucidchart)
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
