We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance while helping shape a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Manage performance evaluation systems and support employee development
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
Maintain employee records and support payroll coordination, if applicable
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in HR management
Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation
