Manage recruitment process: JD creation, job posting, screening, interviews, offer roll-out
Maintain attendance, leave records, shift rosters, and salary calculations
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital HR policies
Support performance reviews, promotions, and disciplinary actions
Act as a bridge between management and staff to ensure smooth communication
Resolve grievances, foster employee engagement and retention
Conduct regular audits of HR documentation and records
Coordinate with Admin, Accounts, and Department Incharges for HR-related support
