Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive

HR Manager

who will take full ownership of the company's human resource function. The ideal candidate will work closely with the leadership to plan and implement effective HR policies, ensure employee discipline, and create a performance-driven, accountable culture. You must be hands-on, responsible, and solutions-oriented.

Key Responsibilities



.Collaborate with management to

plan HR strategies

that align with business goals

.Handle

recruitment, onboarding

, and

exit formalities

end-to-end

.Manage

employee records, payroll coordination

, attendance, and leave tracking.

.Develop and enforce

HR policies

, codes of conduct, and SOPs

.Ensure

compliance

with labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements

.Address employee concerns and act as a

bridge between staff and management



.Plan and execute

performance appraisals

, skill development, and training programs

.Drive

employee engagement initiatives

, rewards, and disciplinary procedures

.Ensure timely communication, updates, and documentation of HR matters

.Take full responsibility for

delivering HR outputs

without being constantly supervised

Required Skills & Qualification



1.Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

2.3-7 years of experience in a similar HR role (construction or infrastructure domain preferred)

3.Strong understanding of

HR laws

, compliance, and labor regulations

4.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

5.Ability to

take ownership and work independently



6.Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS software is an advantage
