The ideal candidate will work closely with the leadership to plan and implement effective HR policies, ensure employee discipline, and create a performance-driven, accountable culture. You must be hands-on, responsible, and solutions-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
.Collaborate with management to

recruitment, onboarding

.Manage
employee records, payroll coordination
, attendance, and leave tracking.
.Develop and enforce
HR policies
, codes of conduct, and SOPs
.Ensure
compliance
with labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements
.Address employee concerns and act as a
bridge between staff and management
.Plan and execute
performance appraisals
, skill development, and training programs
.Drive
employee engagement initiatives
, rewards, and disciplinary procedures
.Ensure timely communication, updates, and documentation of HR matters
.Take full responsibility for
delivering HR outputs
without being constantly supervised
Required Skills & Qualification
1.Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2.3-7 years of experience in a similar HR role (construction or infrastructure domain preferred)
3.Strong understanding of
HR laws
, compliance, and labor regulations
4.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
5.Ability to
take ownership and work independently
6.Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS software is an advantage
