Position Overview:



We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will involve supporting our growing team by ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. As an HR Manager at SciAstra, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring a positive workplace environment and supporting the professional growth of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding:

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the company, ensuring a seamless and effective onboarding experience for new hires.

Employee Relations:

Act as the point of contact for employee queries and concerns, working to resolve issues while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Performance Management:

Collaborate with managers to implement performance management processes, conduct evaluations, and facilitate employee development plans.

HR Policy & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws while recommending and implementing HR policies that support organizational goals.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs and help develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Payroll & Benefits Management:

Oversee payroll processes, employee benefits administration, and ensure timely and accurate compensation for all employees.

HR Analytics:

Generate reports and insights on HR metrics to assist in strategic decision-making.

Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced industry or startup environment.

Skills:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Problem Solving:

Ability to address employee issues with empathy and professionalism while ensuring company policies are followed.

Preferred:



Experience in the EdTech industry or startup environment. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Previous experience in managing HR teams or mentoring junior HR staff.
