Key Responsibilities:



Manage

payroll and statutory compliance

Oversee

attendance and leave management systems

Handle

HR operations

and

employee relations

Maintain and update

HRIS

(Human Resources Information System) Prepare and analyze

HR reports

and dashboards

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance

, or a related field

8-15 years

of experience in

HR operations

, with a strong focus on payroll and compliance Solid understanding of

Indian labour laws

and

statutory requirements

Advanced proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) Experience with

HRIS and payroll software

Strong

analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent

communication and interpersonal abilities

High level of

integrity and discretion

in handling confidential data

Preferred Qualifications:



Certified Payroll Professional

or equivalent certifications Experience in

multi-state payroll processing

and managing

audits

Familiarity with

HR analytics and reporting tools
