Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring legal compliance, managing the HR team, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Policy Development
Design, implement, and update HR policies in alignment with business goals.
Ensure the organization's compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels.
Develop effective sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives.
Oversee smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.
Performance Management
Drive the goal-setting, appraisal and feedback cycle.
Identify and implement performance improvement initiatives and PIP processes.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Design and execute employee engagement programs.
Build and promote a culture of transparency, inclusion and continuous feedback.
Training & Development
Assess training needs and implement L&D programs to enhance employee capabilities.
Coordinate leadership development initiatives.
Payroll & Compliance
Oversee payroll inputs, compliances, leave management and salary processing coordination with payroll team.
HR Operations & MIS
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS.
Team Management
Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver best-in-class services.
Requirements:
Proven experience 5-8 years as an HR Manager or similar role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and HR software/HRIS.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
