We need a FEMALE experienced Candidate for HR Manager who have knowledge of developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the entire recruitment process (job postings, interviews, onboarding).
Addressing employee concerns, and developing policies to enhance employee relations.
Designing and managing performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers on performance issues.
Identifying training needs, developing training programs, and facilitating continuous learning.
Overseeing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company goals.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining employee records, and handling HR-related documentation.
Contributing to the development of HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
Developing and implementing programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
Providing support services like counseling and guidance on employee well-being.
Preparing HR reports and analyzing HR metrics to provide insights for decision-making.
Identifying leadership opportunities and creating succession planning strategies.
Analyzing workforce data to identify trends and address gaps.
