Job Description

HR Manager- Sales

Responsibility: HR Management

1. Managing the complete HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to daily performance management and issues resolution.

2. Conduct telephonic interviews, video interviews and hire and place the right candidate.

3. Proactively identifying and building a pipeline for open and future roles

4. Providing a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process

5. Managing end-to-end compensation of all sales team.

6. Maintaining all daily reports in Google sheets and google drive.

Sales Team Management

1. Supporting sales team with administrative tasks, such as managing leads, processing orders/invoices, and creating reports.

2. Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and events

3. Taking charge of daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting.

4. Identifying key areas to improve sales performance of the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
