We are seeking a driven individual for the HR function at India IVF. This role offers the chance to work closely with the founders, providing strategic leadership on all people-related initiatives at India IVF. As the HR Lead, you will play a key role in building a high-performing organization by driving talent acquisition, establishing robust HR operations, and fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

In this position, you will gain comprehensive insight into the company's operations, partnering with the founders to shape and execute critical initiatives that enable India IVF's continued growth. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on a rapidly growing business, directly influencing its people strategy and operational excellence.

Responsibilities



Develop and execute hiring strategies to grow the team from 50-60 to 100 members in the next 12 months. Identify and recruit for critical leadership and operational roles, building a strong talent pipeline. Oversee the entire talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with leadership to shape organizational structure, anticipate workforce needs, and contribute to employee development plans. Streamline and manage HR policies, processes, and systems to support scaling operations. Handle end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, and salary operations. Maintain data accuracy within the HRMS system and oversee employee records, attendance, and leave management. Plan and execute employee onboarding and experience initiatives. Implement performance appraisal systems and coach managers on effective feedback methods. Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and innovative culture. Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. Develop and implement an operational roadmap for HR, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Evaluate trends to identify areas for improvement in performance, retention, and employee satisfaction, and propose actionable solutions. Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals and contribute to the organization's people vision. Provide timely guidance on HR matters to leadership and employees, promoting a high-performance culture.

Qualifications



Possess a postgraduate degree in HR (MBA/PGDM) More than 4 years of overall HR experience, preferably in a high growth environment Proven expertise in recruiting for diverse roles, including leadership and operational positions. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, payroll systems, and compliance. Exhibit a hands-on leadership style characterized by high energy and meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrate a keen focus on innovation and a deep understanding of business dynamics. Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and leadership abilities. Proficient in analytical thinking with the capacity to analyze trends and offer actionable recommendations. Adaptability to thrive in a complex and evolving environment.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?51,096.44 per month
