Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and compliance
Design and implement institution-specific HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions
Collaborate with academic departments to fulfill faculty and staff recruitment needs
Lead employee engagement, performance management, and development initiatives
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in accordance with UGC, AICTE, and labor laws
Desired Candidate Profile:
Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5-6 years of proven HR experience in an
educational institution, college, or university
Strong understanding of HR laws, institutional compliance, and academic HR operations
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
Immediate Joiner Preferred.
