Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
across levels.
Oversee
daily HR and administrative operations

Ensure
statutory compliance, HR audits, and government liaisoning

Lead
payroll processing and HR policy implementation

Drive
employee engagement initiatives
and
performance management systems
.
Partner with management and department heads for
HR strategy and stakeholder management

Qualifications & Experience
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent (mandatory).
Diploma in Labour Law (preferred).
8-10 years of HR experience
, with at least
4-5 years in a managerial role
.
Industry background in
Automobile or Manufacturing
preferred.
