Job Description

Core HR Functions:

Recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, leave management, grievance handling, exit process.

Compliance:

Ability to handle PF/ESIC, labour laws, contract/outsourced staff compliances.

Digital Skills:

MS Excel (advanced formulas), HR software (attendance/payroll), MS Word & PowerPoint.

Soft Skills:

Communication, conflict resolution, counseling, staff engagement.

Healthcare Specific:

Understanding of duty rosters, emergency duty management, NABH HR documentation (credentialing, privileging, staff training records).

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
