Job Description

: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with at least 6 years of experience in salary making and HR software. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company\'s strategic goals and objectives Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and equitable Manage the recruitment process from job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection Work with the leadership team to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations Develop and implement employee relations programs to enhance employee engagement and retention Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives Manage HR software systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity Ensure that HR processes are efficient and effective Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field 6+ years of experience in an HR management role with a focus on compensation, benefits, and HR software Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience with HR software systems is a plus If you are a results-driven HR professional with a passion for excellence and are looking for a challenging opportunity to apply your skills, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
