: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with at least 6 years of experience in salary making and HR software. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company\'s strategic goals and objectives Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and equitable Manage the recruitment process from job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection Work with the leadership team to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations Develop and implement employee relations programs to enhance employee engagement and retention Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives Manage HR software systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity Ensure that HR processes are efficient and effective Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
