Looking for a Male HR Manager with at least 7 years of experience who can work for a manufacturing company to handle all the requirements of the Production team and also handle the grievances of the employees, Both senior and junior

The candidate should be very patient in handling the employees and should be able to handle them without any concerns

Any escalations need be Should be able to report to the higher management and help resolve issues

The candidate should be very diligent and very mature for him to give right suggestions and solutions

Should be proactive in making shift schedules for the employees, over all handle the operations in a very smoothly

Only Male candidates apply and also someone who has worked in a manufacturing company is a plus point

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
