Job Description

1- HR Manager - (female only),

Jewellery industry

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination

Create and implement HR policies and procedures

Manage employee grievances and ensure good workplace culture

Oversee training, performance reviews, and development

Ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards

Coordinate with management for manpower planning

Handle exit formalities and documentation

Skills Required:

Strong communication and people management skills

Knowledge of HR processes and labour laws

Good organisational and problem-solving skills

Experience:

3-6 years preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
