Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines.
Maintain discipline and ethical standards in the workplace.
5. Performance Management
Support performance appraisal and review processes.
Assist management in identifying training and development needs.
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback support.
6. Training & Development
Organize training programs, workshops, and orientations.
Encourage professional development and skill enhancement.
Maintain training records.
7. Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR records.
Handle appointment letters, confirmations, warnings, and exit documents.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
8. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Support employee well-being and workplace satisfaction.
Handle work anniversaries, celebrations, and recognition programs.
9. Exit Management
Conduct exit interviews and manage resignation processes.
Ensure proper clearance and final settlement procedures.
10. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare HR reports for management review.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and discipline.
