Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for creative and technical roles
Conduct structured onboarding and induction programs
Manage payroll, attendance, and leave administration
Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance resolution
Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR documentation
Support day-to-day HR operations with accuracy and timeliness
Requirements
Post-graduate degree with 3-5 years of HR
management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Understanding of HR laws, policies, and statutory compliance
