to lead our Human Resources operations and support the growth of Scorpiosys. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR functions, drive people strategies, ensure smooth employee operations, and act as a strategic partner to business teams.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across technology and non-technology teams.
Work with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and create effective hiring plans.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through portals, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct interviews, coordinate with technical evaluators, and manage offer negotiations.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Manage the full onboarding cycle including offer letters, documentation, background verification, and employee orientation.
Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
3. HR Operations
Maintain employee records, HRMS updates, attendance, and leave management.
Oversee payroll inputs, salary revisions, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS).
Handle employee letters -- confirmation, appraisal, experience, and relieving letters.
4. Employee Engagement & Communication
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and team-building programs.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive work culture.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
5. Performance Management
Drive the annual and quarterly performance review process.
Work with team leads to define KPIs, review metrics, and track employee performance.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development activities.
6. Compliance & Policy Management
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards and labour regulations.
Regularly review and update HR policies as per industry norms.
7. Exit & Offboarding
Manage resignations, exit interviews, full & final settlements, and handover processes.
Identify attrition patterns and recommend retention strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, MBA in Human Resources preferred.
5-8 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Experience with HRMS tools, payroll coordination, and recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn etc.)
Problem-solving ability with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
Experience working in IT/Tech or Consulting environments.
Exposure to Salesforce ecosystem hiring (added advantage).
Knowledge of employee engagement tools, L&D frameworks, and digital HR tools.
