We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to work at a CBSE School near Secunderabad. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the school's human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and training.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

- Manage recruitment and selection process

- Handle employee relations and grievances

- Coordinate employee benefits and compensation

- Plan and deliver training and development programs

- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws

Requirements:

- MBA in HR or related field

- 3+ years of experience in HR management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Proficiency in HR software and systems
