to manage recruitment, employee coordination, attendance tracking, and day-to-day HR operations. The role involves

on-ground workforce supervision and operational support

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding Maintain HR records, attendance, and documentation Support payroll processing and administrative tasks Coordinate with facility teams, vendors, and workforce Conduct floor supervision and ensure policy compliance Handle employee engagement and grievance support Assist in operational duties involving active mobility within premises Flexible to work extended/shift hours based on business needs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration

1-2 years of experience

in HR or Admin Strong communication & people management skills Comfortable with

on-ground coordination, supervision, and physically active tasks

Ability to handle operational shifts as required Preferably candidates who are comfortable with

field HR activities
