We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our Head Office team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation--preferably within the finance or lending sector.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end HR operations & compliance

Recruitment & onboarding

Employee engagement & grievance handling

Performance management & appraisal systems

Attendance, payroll coordination & HRMS management

Policy creation & implementation

Coordination with zonal & branch teams

Required Skills:

Strong communication & people management

Experience in finance sector HR roles (mandatory)

Hands-on experience in HRMS tools

Ability to manage multi-location teams
