The Head - HR will be responsible for driving the HR strategy, ensuring smooth HR operations, leading recruitment initiatives, and supporting organizational growth across PAN India.

HR Data & Analytics
Recruitment & Staffing:
Conduct interviews and create a shortlist of suitable candidates.
Evaluate and improve current recruitment procedures for efficiency.
Coordinate with HR consultants, guide them on requirements, and set closure targets.
Develop or modify recruitment SOPs as required.
Monitor key recruitment metrics and resolve process gaps.
Supervise recruitment team and ensure timely hiring.
Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment processes.
Work with department heads to plan short-term & long-term hiring needs.
Review and select best job advertising platforms.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Handle employee discipline and termination as per company policies.
Implement HR policies across all locations.
Coordinate with Zonal/Regional Heads for smooth HR functioning.
Conduct random employee audits (attendance, punctuality, discipline, attire, behavior, etc.).
Travel Requirements:
Must be willing to travel extensively across PAN India for recruitment drives and HR audits.
Qualifications
Post-Graduate degree in HR Management.
Minimum
5 years of experience in a managerial / team-leading role

3 years of recent experience in a similar HR leadership role

Pay: ₹45,545.00 - ₹48,987.00 per month
