HR Manager
Salary: 25-30k
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute recruitment strategies.
Manage end-to-end hiring processes including job postings, interviews, and selection.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns.
Maintain a healthy, transparent employer-employee relationship.
Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
Implement performance evaluation systems.
Guide managers on goal-setting and employee development.
Facilitate training programs to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Manage employee benefits, leaves, attendance, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Support leadership in planning talent development and succession planning.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
