We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting company culture, compliance, and effective HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and goal-setting.
Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs.
Maintain HR records, analytics, and reporting for management.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of proven experience in HR management.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Experience with HRMS tools and employee lifecycle management.
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
