What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

alent Acquisition & Recruitment
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments.
Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs and build strong talent pipelines.
Lead interviews, onboarding, and ensure an exceptional new-hire experience.
Team Management & Employee Relations
Act as a trusted HR advisor for managers and employees.
Lead and guide the HR team toward strong performance.
Resolve employee issues professionally and foster a positive workplace culture.
HR Policies, Systems & Compliance
Create and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Improve performance management, appraisal, and L&D frameworks.
HR Operations & Reporting
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Maintain accurate HR data, dashboards, and monthly MIS reports.
Drive initiatives such as engagement surveys, wellness programs, and retention strategies.
What You Bring
Master's degree in HR / Business Administration (preferred).
5-8 years of experience in HR operations and people management.
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with HRMS / HR tech tools and reporting/analytics.
