The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. With 6 years of professional HR experience, the candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, improving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
Lead the full recruitment cycle -- job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and plan talent acquisition strategies.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting clear KPIs and career development plans for team members.
Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to support professional growth.
Evaluate training effectiveness and employee feedback.
Compensation & Benefits
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking.
Recommend improvements to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with local labor laws.
Ensure all HR processes are compliant with statutory requirements.
HR Analytics & Reporting
Maintain HR metrics such as attrition rate, headcount, and performance data.
Prepare HR reports for management decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee lifecycle management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Zoho People, or similar).
