Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
Monitor attendance, leaves, and salary processing
Handle staff issues, discipline, and motivation
Support management in planning manpower and store HR policies
Maintain smooth coordination between store and management
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years experience in HR (retail or clothing industry)
Good communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of attendance, payroll, and compliance
Salary: Based on experience
