About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and support our Human Resources function at our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in managing end-to-end HR operations, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Compliance
oManage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and HRIS management.
oEnsure adherence to statutory compliance, company policies, and internal audit requirements.
oMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation.
2. Talent Management & Development
oPartner with leadership teams to identify skill gaps and support workforce planning.
oCoordinate performance review cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback discussions.
oDrive learning and development initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities and career growth.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding
oCollaborate with department heads to manage end-to-end recruitment for key positions.
oOversee smooth onboarding experiences to integrate new hires effectively into the organization.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
oLead employee engagement activities, HR connect sessions, and feedback programs.
oFoster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
oAddress employee grievances proactively and promote open communication.
5. HR Strategy & Partnering
oCollaborate with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
oProvide data-driven insights to support decision-making on people management and retention.
Qualifications & Skills
oMBA or Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
o3-4 years of relevant HR experience within offshore services or consulting industries.
oStrong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and performance management systems.
oExcellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
oProficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
