Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding



Manage the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, retention, and exit. Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and selection criteria. Handle

interviews, salary negotiations

, and

onboarding processes

for new hires.

2. Performance Management & Employee Development



Implement and manage

performance appraisal systems (PMS)

aligned with company objectives. Identify training needs and coordinate

skill development programs

for tax and accounting teams. Mentor and coach team members to build a strong professional culture.

3. HR Operations & Compliance



Oversee

HR policies, payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management

. Ensure compliance with

labor laws, tax-related employee benefits

, and company regulations. Handle

employee documentation, contracts, and background verification

.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement



Build a positive and transparent

work culture

focused on retention and performance. Conduct

employee engagement initiatives

and feedback programs. Resolve grievances professionally and maintain employee satisfaction.

5. Strategic HR & Coordination



Partner with management to drive

HR strategy

and align it with business objectives. Coordinate with

US-based clients or teams

on HR and compliance matters, when required.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong understanding of

HR processes

within

taxation, accounting, or US taxation software firms

/ any other industry Excellent knowledge of

employee compliance, HR analytics, and payroll coordination

.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
