Identify training needs and coordinate

for tax and accounting teams.
Mentor and coach team members to build a strong professional culture.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee
HR policies, payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
.
Ensure compliance with
labor laws, tax-related employee benefits
, and company regulations.
Handle
employee documentation, contracts, and background verification
.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
Build a positive and transparent
work culture
focused on retention and performance.
Conduct
employee engagement initiatives
and feedback programs.
Resolve grievances professionally and maintain employee satisfaction.
5. Strategic HR & Coordination
Partner with management to drive
HR strategy
and align it with business objectives.
Coordinate with
US-based clients or teams
on HR and compliance matters, when required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of
HR processes
within
taxation, accounting, or US taxation software firms
/ any other industry
Excellent knowledge of
employee compliance, HR analytics, and payroll coordination
