? Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local Labour laws and regulations specific to the corporate and manufacturing industry, collaborating with legal teams as necessary to mitigate risks.
? Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Coordinate with external partners to facilitate payroll operations when necessary.
? Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent in the tech and manufacturing sectors, fostering diversity and inclusion. Develop partnerships with local educational institutions and industry networks.
? Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution as needed.
? Performance Management: Adopt effective performance management processes and systems from the global framework, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans to drive high performance and innovation.
? Compensation and Benefits: Lead the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits packages tailored to the tech and manufacturing workforce in India.
? Learning and Development: Adopt, develop, and oversee training and development programs that enhance soft and technical skills, supporting career growth and succession planning.
? Change Management: Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change, mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring, ensuring seamless transitions for employees in the tech and manufacturing sectors.
? HR Metrics and Reporting: Establish key HR metrics and reporting mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and inform decision-making, with a focus on tech and manufacturing KPIs.
? Budget Management: Manage the HR budget for the [Country/Region], optimising resource allocation to support HR initiatives in tech and manufacturing.
? Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing HR team with expertise in tech and manufacturing, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.
Qualifications:
? 6+ Years of Proven experience HR corporate.
? Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
? Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
? Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and change management.
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
? Experience in fast-growing scale-up organizations is a plus.
