HR & Admin Manager

Experience : 12 years

CTC : Upto 12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Induction

: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction process.

Payroll & Attendance

: Oversee time office management, leave management, and coordinate payroll processes.

Employee Relations

: Address employee grievances, foster positive employee engagement, and support retention initiatives.

Exit Process

: Handle employee exit formalities, including clearances, exit interviews, and final settlements.

HR Compliance

: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, labor laws, and internal HR policies.

General Administration

: Manage day-to-day office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination.

Expense Management

: Monitor and process employee reimbursements and other expense claims.

Documentation & Reporting

: Maintain HR records, prepare HR reports, and ensure accuracy in data management.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. years of experience in HR and administration. Knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and statutory compliances. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office / HR software. Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 per month
