Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Management
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
Provide guidance to senior leadership on organizational development and workforce planning
Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions
Talent Acquisition & Retention
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for key roles
Build employer branding strategies to attract top talent
Implement effective onboarding and retention programs
Performance & Development
Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure timely reviews
Identify training needs and oversee L&D initiatives
Drive leadership development and succession planning
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a healthy work environment and open communication culture
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Plan and manage employee engagement programs and surveys
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and secure employee records and documentation
HR Operations
Supervise payroll inputs, leave management, and HRIS systems
Prepare reports and presentations for management review
Lead HR audits and maintain compliance readiness
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices
Proven leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Experience in change management and organizational development is a plus
