We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Head HR
to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation, while ensuring smooth HR operations across
PAN India
.
Important Note:
The candidate
must be willing to travel extensively across PAN India
for recruitment and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end
Recruitment & Selection
processes.
Drive
Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Succession Planning
.
Oversee
HR Information Systems (HRIS), data, and analytics
.
Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and finalize selections.
Evaluate and optimize current recruitment strategies for efficiency.
Coordinate with HR consultants and set clear closure targets.
Monitor recruitment metrics and resolve bottlenecks.
Liaise with departmental heads to forecast and plan manpower needs.
Ensure effective job advertising and employer branding.
Provide timely performance evaluations and manage employee discipline.
Implement company HR policies effectively across all branches.
Conduct random employee checks (attendance, attitude, attire, etc.) across locations.
Collaborate with
Zonal Heads/Regional Heads
for smooth HR operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Postgraduate qualification in
Human Resource Management (HRM)
.
10+ years of HR experience
, with
5 years in a managerial/team leadership role
.
At least
3 years of recent experience in a similar capacity
.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Willingness and flexibility to travel
extensively PAN India
.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹44,343.00 - ₹48,987.00 per month
