to lead and oversee the Human Resources function. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Oversee payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Design and drive employee engagement, training, and retention programs.
Handle grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Conduct performance reviews and manage appraisal systems.
Support management in strategic HR planning and workforce development.
Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports as per compliance requirements.
Ensure a safe, respectful, and positive work environment.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
5-10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.
