Job Description

Position: HR Manager

An HR Manager's role is multifaceted, encompassing strategic planning, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. They ensure a positive work environment, develop and implement HR policies, and manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit. Essentially, they bridge the gap between management and employees, fostering a productive and engaged workforce.

Strategic Planning and Policy Development:



Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals. Creating and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices. Advising senior management on HR-related matters and contributing to organizational development.

Recruitment and Selection:



Overseeing the recruitment process, from job postings to on boarding new hires. Developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. Managing the on boarding process for new employees.

Employee Relations and Engagement:



Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Developing and implementing employee engagement programs. Conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions. Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Training and Development:



Identifying training needs and developing training programs for employees. Overseeing employee development and succession planning. Providing coaching and mentoring to employees.

Compensation and Benefits:



Managing employee compensation and benefits programs. Conducting salary bench marking and ensuring competitive pay structures. Administering employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.

Legal Compliance:



Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Staying up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations. Handling legal issues related to employment.

Performance Management:



Overseeing the performance management process, including performance appraisals. Providing feedback to employees on their performance. Developing performance improvement plans.
In essence, HR managers are responsible for managing the human capital of an organization, ensuring a productive, engaged, and legally compliant workforce.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
