Experience: 4-7 yrs



Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives. Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates. Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
