Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HR operations
across multiple branches, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR policies.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing
, including salary disbursements, deductions, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS), and record-keeping.
Conduct
regular HR audits
to ensure adherence to labor laws, internal policies, and statutory regulations at all branches.
Monitor and ensure timely processing of
employee onboarding, exit formalities
, and documentation across branches.
Support recruitment efforts by coordinating with branch heads to fulfill staffing needs.
Develop and implement
HR policies, procedures, and best practices
, maintaining consistency across branches.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with a fair and professional approach.
Maintain and update HR records and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate
training and development initiatives
to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
Prepare periodic HR reports for senior management on staffing, compliance, payroll, and other key metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple locations.
Strong knowledge of
labor laws, PF, ESI, payroll, and statutory compliance
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, travel to branch locations, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software and payroll management systems.
