Manage the recruitment life cycle, Talent requisition head.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Work with department heads to ensure that performance goals are clearly defined and met.
Ensure that benefits programs are competitive and aligned with employee needs.
Ensure adherence to labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
Work on KRAs/KPIs, goal settings, monthly KRA KPI review's.
Employee day to day operations.
Yearly PMS process.
Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork.
Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven working experience as HR Manager.
Bachelors/ Master's degree in Human Resource.
HR Certifications are added advantage.
