MBA in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate qualification

Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in industrial or field project environments

Key Responsibilities / KRAs:



Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization's goals Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding Coordinate manpower planning for project sites, ensuring timely deployment and resource allocation Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and organizational policies Handle employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Foster a positive workplace culture focused on safety, productivity, and employee well-being Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs for staff across departments Liaise with department heads and project leads to understand workforce requirements and support operational HR needs Lead performance appraisal processes and help define key performance indicators (KPIs) for various roles Ensure effective internal communication and engagement activities to boost morale and retention Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports on staff turnover, hiring progress, and other key data Represent the organization in audits, compliance checks, and legal proceedings related to human resources
