Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management:
Develop and maintain performance appraisal systems.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
Policy & Compliance:
Ensure company HR policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain employee records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
Compensation & Benefits:
Collaborate with finance and leadership to manage compensation structures and benefits programs.
Address employee queries related to pay, benefits, and other HR matters.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
Support career development and succession planning strategies.
HR Strategy:
Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
Minimum of 6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of labor HR practices and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
