looking for a dynamic and experienced
HR Manager & Trainer
to lead our human resources and staff development functions at our Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
Plan and conduct
training & development programs
for restaurant and corporate staff
Ensure service standards, grooming, and hospitality training across all outlets
Support store managers in manpower planning and staff performance improvement
Eligibility Criteria:
Proven experience as
HR Manager / HR Generalist / Trainer
(Hospitality or Restaurant industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, and training methodologies
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel to outlets for training and audits
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or relevant discipline
