Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
HR Manager
to oversee and strengthen our human resources function. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and policies
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Manage employee relations, engagement activities, and grievance handling
Oversee performance appraisal processes and employee development plans
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR documentation
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HR records
Drive training, learning, and employee development initiatives
Support management with HR insights, reports, and workforce analytics
Mentor and guide HR executives or trainees
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA / MSW / PG in HR is preferred
5+ years of experience in HR management or generalist HR roles
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
